Mathew + Sheridan | A Pocket Full of Sunshine – Mt. Vernon, Illinois | Danielle and Conan

We had the most beautiful day on Saturday for Mathew & Sheridan’s Wedding Day! The weather was every bride’s dream. Not too hot, not too cold and abundant sunshine! How fitting for the venue that we were at, A pocket full of sunshine! There are way too many things about this day that I absolutely loved to list them all, so I will just touch some of the highlights.

Upon arrival, Sheridan was in the bridal suite and her nerves were high. She was excited to see her soon to be husband at their first look in just a little while. It is so nice to relive some of the emotions I felt on my own wedding day through my brides. Sheridan shared a first look with her Dad first which would have had you all in tears if you were there to watch that unfold. So beautiful!

Next, it was Mathew’s turn. His tears said it all! One look at his bride and the waterworks started. I am a huge sucker for emotion. I am so glad that these two were not afraid to show their own emotion all day long.

Speaking of emotion…That Father/Daughter Dance! Grab a box of tissues before you look at the rest of the blog post. The love between Sheridan and her Dad radiate through all the photographs.

The rest of the night was just fun! We had the best food we ever ate (Huge Shout Out to Buretta’s in Nashville) so yummy and the nicest people! We ate, we danced, and everyone participated. The DJ got the crowd going and it was just fun to watch.
